He’s said to be considering a guest-starring role on a TV show, but Adam Lambert will soon be seen in a different capacity on the small screen:
He’ll serve as a fashion correspondent for Entertainment Tonight at this year’s Grammy Awards. The show airs this Sunday night.
What kind of judge will the former American Idol star make?
“I’ll be ok,” he says. “I love clothes, I love fashion. I pay attention to that stuff. I’m a big fan of most of the people that will be there… I won’t be mean. though. I’m not mean.”

Adam Lambert may have had a few issues with ABC recently, but there’s one television network that is happy to welcome the American Idol runner-up to its headquarters:
Fuse TV.
The singer will appear on that channel’s On the Record tomorrow night. We’ve gotten a sneak peek at his interview and posted excerpts from it below:
On middle school: “[It] was kind of an isolated time. I mean the only social outlet I really had was theater and that was one day a week. I was in a children’s theater group on Saturdays and that was really my social group. That was the one place where I felt like there were other kids like me.”
On coming out as gay: “It’s funny …This whole thing, talking about coming out. I don’t even think about it anymore until all of this started happening with my career. And it’s interesting now, because I am open and visible. I suppose it is important to talk about it, but the past eight or nine years of my life I haven’t thought twice about it, it’s just who I am.”
It sounds like Oprah Winfrey fans will soon hear a lot more from Lambert, as well.

We were always taught that if something sounds too good to be true, it is likely false.
We were also taught that The National Enquirer is an unreliable source for entertainment news.
Therefore, we’re trying hard not to hyperventilate over the latest rumor regarding Adam Lambert: the tabloid reports he’s booked to guest star on Glee.
Sources supposedly say the singer will appear on the Fox hit in April, taking on the role of a character that helps Kurt (Glee cast member Chris Colfer) come out of the closet.
Loyal viewers know Kurt pretty much already did that this season. Plus, they need to consider the Enquirer’s reputation before getting too excited.
Still, Adam Lambert on Glee?!? It’s impossible not to do a little dance over that mere possibility.
In other TV appearance news, the star is almost definitely scheduled to take over an Oprah Winfrey episode later this year. Yes!

It sounds very much like Oprah Winfrey is preparing a show entirely dedicated to Adam Lambert.
Sorry, in Oprah-speak, we mean to say: It sounds very much like Oprah Winfrey is preparing a show entirely dedicated to Adam LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmbert!
On the talk show host’s website this week, a message has been posted that reads:
Calling ALL Adam Lambert Fans!!! Did you vote for him as many times as you could? Were you holding your breath when the new American Idol was announced, hoping and praying it would be HIM?
If you are a HUGE fan of Adam Lambert’s, email us now and tell us why you want to be in the audience for this once-in-a-lifetime show.
The Big A might soon sit down with The Big O. We can’t wait.
In October, the former American Idol finalist was interviewed by Winfrey for an episode about reality TV stars. Shen then invited him back to perform after his CD was released.
Sounds like that was more than a hollow invitation. Will you tune in for an all-Adam Lambert installment of the gabfest?

In early 2009, Adam Lambert won over viewers on American Idol.
But that wasn’t the singer’s biggest victory to date.
In a new interview with OK! Weekly, Lambert opens up about his life-changing victory over obesity.
“I lost probably about forty pounds about ten years ago,” he said. “When I was in high school, I had bad eating habits. I ate a bunch of crap – a bunch of fast food and stuff. I learned more about what’s healthy and what’s not healthy. I used a little bit of self-control.”
After shedding the excess weight, how did Lambert feel?
“Oh, a hundred times better. Physically I felt better, but I also had better self-esteem and body image.”
Lambert added that he lacks the self-discipline to incorporate workouts into his daily routine, but we’re not too worried about him. You’d be surprised how many calories can be burned by gyrating around on stage.

According to reports, both Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan approve of Adam Senn.
Based on their history of decision-making, that doesn’t say anything good about the model.
Senn, a former star on MTV’s The City, is Lindsay Lohan’s latest sex toy. The pair attended Ali Lohan’s 16th birthday party together last week, where witnesses spotted them cuddling, smiling and actually not snorting cocaine.
“Dina really likes him,” a source told The New York Daily News. “She thinks he is good for her.”
As for Michael, the dangerous dad wasn’t invited to Ali’s celebration. But he jumped at the chance to get his name in an article, telling the newspaper about Senn:
“If he’s a good guy unlike me and he has no addictions unlike me, and he’s a good influence on her unlike me, then God bless him. It’s a good thing.”

Adam Senn and Lindsay Lohan are heating up for the holidays.
In related news, The City star has felt a burning sensation when he pees these days.
Lindsay’s new boy toy accompanied her to Ali Lohan’s 16th birthday party this week.
Once there, “he had his arm around her, was kissing her and stuck by her side,” a source said. “She was glowing. She loves the attention she’s getting from Adam and looked extremely pleased with herself for landing Adam — she had a giant smile on her face!”
Witnesses also claim that Ali and mother Dina got into a huge, public fight. But that’s par for this troubled family’s course.
Adam Senn is totally tapping Samantha Ronson’s sloppy seconds and Aaron Carter’s sloppy 417ths.
As for Lohan and Senn?
“Adam and Lindsay took smoke breaks together away from the family and he was a total gentleman, holding the door open for her and letting her back walk into the restaurant before him,” the source added.
“Eventually everyone left and Adam and Lindsay stayed behind to spend some quiet time together. They were there until well after midnight, just the two of them. They are definitely having a good time together… she’s spending a lot more time in New York than she normally does, just so that she can see him.”
Hear that Adam? You owe the Big Apple a major apology.

As 2010 draws near, The Hollywood Gossip staff looks back on the year that was, honoring finalists for our prestigious, 3rd Annual Celebrity of the Year award.
These stars have given us their best, their worst, their off-the-wall antics and in the case of these two, an immediate, but lasting impact on the music world.
It’s time for THG to pay tribute to this greatness.
Yesterday, the ‘09 countdown featured lots of Tiger Woods mistresses at #6. Today, we present Celebrity of the Year Finalist #5: Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga!
The year in music belonged to these two rising stars.
He started the year as an unknown; made headlines in February for his flamboyant acts; finished second on American Idol; and has to already be considered one of the most successful singers in the show’s history.
Adam Lambert hasn’t merely made a name for himself in 2009, he’s created a cult following in fewer than 12 months.
Hated by some and embraced by others, the crooner managed to handle his sexuality with both subtle grace AND over-the-top exploits. Adam has more in common with Lady GaGa than unique fashion taste and controversial performances.
Both are well-spoken in interviews and deadly serious about their craft.
Lambert made out with a man at the American Music Awards, but 2009 will be best remembered as the year he made off with the title of Most Fascinating Singer Alive.
As for his female counterpart, Lady Gaga produced a half-dozen hits this year, proving herself so much more than a gimmick or flamboyant flash in the musical pan.
Not that there was a shortage of flamboyance.
She dressed as scrap metal, a gimp, a button, a chain-smoking rabbit, and a Kermit the frog doll collage. She simulated her own bloody murder on stage. She was even rumored to be a hermaphrodite after one revealing display.
We love her for every moment of it. That’s just Lady Gaga for you.

The controversial singer may have his detractors, but Chelsea Handler sure isn’t one of them.
Lambert appeared on her E! talk show last night and shared many laughs with the host, who isn’t exactly the most conservative person on the planet. As you can imagine, she’s fully on Adam’s side, even offering up a gay employee as a possible boy toy for the star.
