Wildly popular vampire romance hit ‘Twilight’ has nabbed the most nominations for this year’s Teen Choice Awards. Read on to see what categories the hit film earned noms in … ‘Twilight’ earned a whopping 12 nominations for the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, including nominations for Choice Movie: Drama and Choice Movie: Romance. Robert Pattinson earned an acting nomination for his role as vampire hunk Edward Cullen, and Kristen Stewart earned an acting nomination for her role as Bella Swan. Robert also earned a Male Hottie nomination. Rob and Kristen together earned a nom for their steamy kiss under the Movie: Liplock category. Cam Gigandet earned a Movie: Villain nomination, while stars Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed and Taylor Lautner earned nominations in the Fresh Face categories. The film was also nominated in the Movie Rumble category for Edward Cullen’s (Robert Pattinson) fight against James (Cam Gigandet), and for Choice Music: Soundtrack. Following close behind with 10 nods each is ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year,’ Miley Cyrus and TV’s “Gossip Girl.” The Teen Choice Awards airs Monday, Aug. 10 at 8 p.m. on FOX.
