MTV officially announced that Jersey Shore will be back for a second season!
DJ Pauly D, The Situation, Snooki, Sammi Sweetheart, Ronnie, Vinny, and JWoww have all signed on to do another season. TMZ has reported that the cast turned down MTV’s original offer of $5,000 per episode. MTV contemplated getting a new cast, but then they realized that the current members just couldn’t be replaced! MTV offered the cast $10,000 per episode and told them they wouldn’t go any higher. They all took the bait and signed the dotted line. The only original cast member to not get the offer was Angelina. Ummm….nobody wants to see her ass anyway.
MTV also revealed that the cast will be leaving the Northeast next season. They will not be filming at the Jersey Shore! They have not confirmed a location, but I’m guessing it will be in Miami or somewhere in Cali. MTV said:
“Our audience has fallen in love with Jersey Shore and its amazing cast who have really grown together as a family. That bond gives the show its heart, and we’re thrilled to reunite these friends to bring fans more of what they love — laughs, love, drama and of course, GTL.”
I LOVE this! Jersey Shore is so stupid, but I love it! I am addicted to it. The Situation is pretty much awesome! I am all about seeing some more grenades fight with Snooki. Hopefully, Pauly D and the Situation can creep on some hotter girls in the next season. Plus, I don’t want to see Sammi and Ronnie together. What a waste of two people! Ronnie is gettin played…what a fool.
