Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag Pratt: not as hot in 2009, according to Maxim’s 10th annual “Hot 100″ list, to be released later this week.

Conrad — who quit The Hills after five seasons — fell off the list altogether after debuting at No. 56 in 2008. Pratt dropped to No. 81 after last year’s No. 36.
