Q: Anya, I’m 14 and pink and purple are my fave colors right now. Can you wear them at one time together? A: Funny you ask that. When I was younger, pink and purple were the only colors I wore. Wearing them together really depends on the shade of pink and the shade of purple. I love the combination of a lilac and a deep hot pink, but make sure you don’t wear pastel pink and pastel purple or you will look like an Easter egg. Q: Also wanted to tell you that I love your hair everyday. You always look perfect! A: Thank you so much. I appreciate that more than you know. It takes a village to get me ready in the morning. Q: When I wear wider belts around my waist, it cuts into my stomach making my “love handles” show more. Any suggestions for this? A: Great question. You have two options. One, wear a high-waisted shapewear so that it will be smooth from the bust down. Try TC Shapewear or a skinny belt, because if you are short-waisted, a wide belt will cut you in half. Q: Hi Anya, accessories with flowers — are they in style right now? Example: rings, necklaces. A: Yes, absolutely. However, make sure that it is a large statement flower, as statement pieces are the season’s biggest trend!
