Lily Allen says that taking drugs is fun and that she’s not ashamed of it. It’s been said in the past that Lily was a fan of cocaine, but it wasn’t from a reliable source. Later, she said it was a ridiculous claim, so if this source is inaccurate, we’ll be hearing from Lily soon enough.
She said, “I think the way I behave is normal for someone my age and in my situation. I know a lot of guys in bands who go to awards ceremonies and get into the same sort of states that I get myself into, and that’s not negatively reported on. So it feels kind of unjust.”
As far as drugs are concerned, Lily added, “I think as long as you’re not being malicious and you’re not hurting people then you should not be ashamed of what you do. I’ve taken drugs. I found them and find them fun and I don’t think I’m a bad person because of it.”
Interesting. Be on the lookout soon for a statement clarifying her meaning soon. The way this statement was worded, she could’ve been talking about sex or drinking.
